How much does Sales Lead Loop cost?
Text Loop: $49 per month plus a $199 one-time setup fee. Voice Loop: $149 per month plus a $499 one-time setup fee, including 250 voice minutes a month (then $0.25 per extra minute). Who is Sales Lead Loop for?
Contractors and home service businesses such as roofers, plumbers, HVAC companies, electricians and landscapers, plus any appointment-driven business that loses jobs when nobody can answer the phone.
Do I have to change my existing business phone number?
No. You have three flexible options to connect your current phone to The Loop without losing your existing number: 1. The Dedicated Smart Number (Recommended): We generate a new Local or Toll-Free number for your Google Profile and website. When customers call it, the system handles the interaction or forwards it to your cell. 2. Missed-Call Forwarding: You keep using your current number exactly as you do today. If you don't answer, your carrier forwards the missed call to our system to trigger the auto-text rescue sequence. 3. Absolute Forwarding: You keep your current number, but configure it to forward all inbound calls to the Live Voice Assistant, acting as your 24/7 front desk.
Can I port my existing number directly into your software?
Yes. If you want our system to fully take over your existing phone number, we can submit a port request. However, porting takes 1 to 4 weeks depending on your carrier and can cause temporary downtime. Call forwarding or a Dedicated Smart Number gets you live immediately and keeps your personal cell network intact.
How do I actually reply to the leads?
Every tier comes with the Sales Lead Loop mobile app. For the Text and Voice loops, it functions as a Unified Inbox so you can text leads back and forth from your business number (protecting your personal cell number). If you upgrade to the Complete Loop, the app unlocks full CRM pipelines, calendars, and marketing automation.
Do I have to abandon my current software or CRM?
No. The Text Loop and Voice Loop are standalone. You get an instant text and email alert for every lead and can reply from the included mobile app, while your current software keeps running as it does today. If you want leads sent into your existing CRM too, ask us about connecting it. Availability depends on the CRM you use.
What is the Complete Lead Loop package?

Is the Live Voice Assistant a real person?
No. The Live Voice Assistant is an AI voice assistant, not a human receptionist. It answers calls for your business, asks for the caller's name and best phone number, and sends you the details by text and email so a real person can call them back.
Will the Live Voice Assistant sound like a weird robot?
It is designed to sound natural: it speaks conversationally, responds quickly, and stays focused on one job, capturing the caller's details for you. The best way to judge is to hear it yourself. What if a high-value customer needs to talk to a real person right away?
The Live Voice Assistant does not transfer calls to your phone today. Instead, it collects the caller's name and number and texts and emails you the details as soon as the call ends, so you can call them back within minutes. If live transfer matters to your business, ask Mike about it during your consultation.
Is this hard to manage? I don't have time to learn new software.
There is almost zero learning curve. Sales Lead Loop is done-for-you. We write the assistant's instructions, handle the telecom compliance, and set up your system. You simply answer your phone or check your app inbox to see new leads.
Does the system automatically book appointments on my calendar?
Not in the standard setup. For most businesses, the Live Voice Assistant gathers the lead's information and alerts you so you can schedule them your way. If you want calendar booking, the Complete Lead Loop CRM includes calendars. Ask Mike what is possible for your business.
Are there long-term contracts? How does billing work?
There are zero long-term contracts. Everything is month-to-month. You pay the flat monthly software fee plus a one-time setup fee, and texts and emails are billed at pass-through rates. The Voice Loop includes 250 voice minutes a month, then $0.25 per extra minute, so you only pay for the volume your business uses.
What happens if I go over my included voice minutes?
The Voice Loop includes 250 voice minutes a month, which covers roughly 150 typical calls. After that, extra minutes are $0.25 each and appear on your next invoice.
How do I change my greeting, voice or business details?
You get one free calibration in your first 14 days. After that, each update is $99, or add the Edit Plan at $39 per month for up to 2 edits. Choose from our preset voices at setup; changing the voice later counts as an edit. Send requests by email or the contact form and expect a reply within one business day.
What happens after I sign up?
After checkout you complete a short setup form with your business details, services, service area and where to send lead alerts. We then set up your number, build your assistant and workflows, and submit your texting registration for carrier approval, which typically takes a few business days.
How fast can my system go live?
We build your Live Voice Assistant and software environment right after onboarding. However, the federal government requires all business texting to pass A2P 10DLC verification. This carrier approval process (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile) typically takes a few business days. Your texting goes fully live the moment the carriers approve your registration.
