Do I need to pay for other software?
Yes. We believe you should own your data, so the accounts are in your name. Because we build on top of trusted platforms (email, automation tools, project boards), you will have small monthly hosting fees paid directly to those providers (usually ~$25/mo total).
Is this a monthly subscription?
No! The Core Engine Install is a one-time fee of $2,997. We do offer an optional "Pit Crew" support package for $99/mo if you want us to handle technical maintenance, but it is not required.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. The system uses a mobile-friendly dashboard app. You can download it for free and receive push notifications instantly when a new lead arrives.
What if I have a sales team?
The system scales easily. You can add as many team members to your Board as you like. We don't charge "per seat." If you need advanced lead routing (e.g., Round Robin distribution), let us know during your install call.
Can I change the emails later?
Absolutely. We write the initial "Conversion Templates" for you, but you have full access to edit the wording inside your dashboard whenever you want.
