Terms of Service

1. Nature of Service

Sales Lead Loop ("ALL", "We", "Us") provides software installation and configuration services (the "Service"). We function as a Technical Installer. We connect third-party tools (including but not limited to Trello, Zapier, Twilio, and Mailchimp) to create an automated workflow.

We are NOT a lead generation agency, a law firm, or a marketing consultancy. We do not provide sales leads.

2. Compliance & Anti-Spam Policy

You (The Client) are solely responsible for the content you send and the contacts you target.

  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the CAN-SPAM Act.
  • You warrant that every contact in your database has given explicit, written consent to be contacted by you.
  • Strict Prohibition on Cold Spam: You may NOT use the SeLL Engine to send unsolicited SMS or Emails to purchased lists, "scraped" data, or cold contacts who have not opted in.

ALL reserves the right to terminate support immediately if we discover you are using the system for spamming purposes.

3. Third-Party Accounts & Liability

The Service requires you to hold accounts with third-party providers (e.g., Twilio, Zapier). You are the owner of these accounts. ALL is not responsible for:

  • Service outages or API changes by these providers.
  • Billing disputes with these providers.
  • Account suspensions due to your violation of their Terms of Service.

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sales Lead Loop and its founders from any claims, damages, lawsuits, or fines arising from:

  • Your violation of any anti-spam or privacy laws.
  • The content of your emails or text messages.
  • Your collection or use of customer data.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALL's liability shall be limited to the amount you paid for the Installation Service. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or lost leads.
