Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Sales Lead Loop website and services. Sales Lead Loop is operated by DeMuth Ventures, LLC (“Sales Lead Loop,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. By using the website or signing up for the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of Service

Sales Lead Loop provides software access, automation, an AI voice assistant, and workflow configuration (the “Service”). We are a software and automation provider. We license and configure digital workspaces that automate your communications.

We are NOT a lead generation agency, a law firm, a marketing consultancy, or an emergency service. We provide the engine; you provide the business.

AI limitations: The voice assistant and automated messages can mishear, misunderstand, or make mistakes, and summaries and transcripts may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review important details before acting on them.
Not for emergencies: The Service is not designed to handle emergencies. Anyone needing emergency help should contact 911.
Sensitive data: Do not use the Service to collect Social Security numbers, payment card numbers, or protected health information. We do not currently offer HIPAA-compliant services.

2. SMS Messaging Program

Program: Sales Lead Loop messaging. We send text messages about your inquiry or account, such as replies to your questions, setup and onboarding updates, and service notifications. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, we may also send those.
How you opt in: by checking the consent box on a Sales Lead Loop form, or by texting us first. Marketing messages require a separate opt-in. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Frequency and cost: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out and help: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or contact hello@salesleadloop.com or (888) 331-0255.
Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: See our Privacy Policy for how we handle phone numbers and message data.

3. Compliance & Anti-Spam Policy

You (the Client) are solely responsible for the content you send and the contacts you target using our software.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the CAN-SPAM Act.
You warrant that every contact you message through the Service has given the consent the law requires, including prior express written consent where required for marketing texts and automated calls.
Strict prohibition on cold spam: You may NOT use the platform to send unsolicited texts or emails to purchased lists, scraped data, or contacts who have not legally opted in.
Calls and AI: You are responsible for the notices and consents required by law for calls handled by the voice assistant, including call recording, transcription, and AI-disclosure laws in the places your callers are located.
Your content: You are responsible for your greetings, prompts, and messages, and for the accuracy of the business information you give us.

We may suspend or terminate your workspace immediately, and without refund, if we believe you are violating telecom, anti-spam, or privacy laws.

4. Fees & Billing

Plans, monthly fees, setup fees, and usage rates are those shown on our pricing page when you purchase.
Monthly fees are billed in advance. One-time setup fees are due before work begins and are non-refundable once setup work has started.
Usage such as texts, emails, and voice minutes beyond any amount included in your plan is billed at the rates on our pricing page.
Any rate lock or discount we offer at signup applies for the period stated at purchase.
You are responsible for applicable taxes. Prices for existing customers may change with 30 days' notice, subject to any rate lock.

5. Term & Cancellation

Plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time by emailing hello@salesleadloop.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and we do not refund partial months. We may suspend or end your access for non-payment or for violating these Terms.

6. Third-Party Infrastructure

The Service relies on telecom carriers and cloud infrastructure providers to function. Sales Lead Loop is not responsible for:

Carrier outages or text delivery failures beyond our control.
Changes to carrier or federal A2P 10DLC registration requirements, or carrier review times, that may delay your text approval.
Account suspensions or message blocking by carriers due to complaints or content from your contacts or your messages.
Outages or changes at the voice, AI, and messaging providers we use.

7. Your Data

You own the customer data you put into the Service. On cancellation, you may request an export of your data. After cancellation we may delete your workspace and data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how information is handled.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee any number of leads or amount of revenue, that every call will be answered or every message delivered, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sales Lead Loop, DeMuth Ventures, LLC, and their owners from any claims, damages, lawsuits, or fines arising from:

Your violation of any anti-spam, telecom, recording, or privacy laws.
The content of your emails, AI prompts, greetings, or text messages.
Your collection or use of customer data.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sales Lead Loop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost business opportunities. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the three (3) months before the claim arose.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Iowa.

12. Changes & Contact
