This Privacy Policy explains how DeMuth Ventures, LLC, doing business as Sales Lead Loop (“we,” “us,” or “our”), of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website or use our missed-call text-back, AI voice assistant, and related services.

1. Information We Collect

• Information you give us: name, email, phone number, company name, industry, services, service area, notification preferences, and any message you send through our contact, onboarding, or other forms.
• Service data: text message content, call transcripts, call summaries, and caller details such as name, phone number, and reason for calling that the voice assistant captures on behalf of our customers. We store audio recordings only if recording is turned on for an account.
• Automatic information: device and browser type, pages viewed, and approximate location from your IP address, used for security and analytics.
• Payment information: handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.

2. How We Use Information

We do not sell your personal information. We use it to:

• Set up and operate your Sales Lead Loop workspace and the services you order.
• Send automated texts, emails, and call summaries on your behalf.
• Provide support and improve our assistant's prompts and responses.
• Process billing and subscription payments.
• Protect against fraud, abuse, and spam, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Voice Demo & Bot Protection

If you use the live voice demo on our website, your microphone audio is processed in real time by our voice technology provider and AI model providers to generate the assistant's responses. The demo does not create a contact record for you or send you messages. Our provider may keep a technical log of the call for a limited time. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our forms and demo from automated abuse, which evaluates technical signals from your browser.

5. If You Call or Text a Business That Uses Our Service

Our customers use Sales Lead Loop to answer calls and texts. When you contact one of those businesses, we process your call or message details on that business's behalf. The business decides how that information is used, so please contact the business directly with questions or requests about it. Our voice assistant identifies itself as an assistant at the start of the call.

6. How We Share Information

We share information only with providers that help us run the Service, and when the law requires it:

• Telecom and messaging providers: to route calls and texts in compliance with carrier rules, including A2P 10DLC registration.
• Voice and AI providers: to transcribe calls, generate responses, and produce summaries.
• CRM and automation platform: to store contacts, notes, and messages in your workspace.
• Hosting, analytics, and security providers: to deliver and protect our website.
• Payment processors: such as Stripe, to handle billing.
• Legal and safety: to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect rights and safety, and in a business sale or transfer.

7. Cookies, Analytics & Local Storage

We use privacy-focused website analytics to understand which pages are visited. We may also use analytics or advertising measurement tools to understand how our ads perform; if we do, you can limit cookies in your browser settings. Our accessibility menu saves your display choices (such as text size) in your browser's local storage on your device.

8. How Long We Keep Information

We keep information as long as needed to provide the Service, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. After that, we delete or anonymize it. Some providers keep technical logs for a limited period under their own policies.

9. Your Choices & Rights

• Reply STOP to any text message to opt out.
• You may ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information by emailing hello@salesleadloop.com. We may need to verify your identity first.
• Depending on where you live, state privacy laws may give you additional rights. We will honor those rights as the law requires.

10. Data Ownership

Our customers own their customer data.

The Sales Lead Loop platform acts as a private CRM database for each customer. A customer retains ownership and control of the leads, contacts, and communications stored in their workspace. On cancellation, a customer may request an export of their data before the workspace is decommissioned.

11. Security & Sensitive Information

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and rely on established infrastructure providers, but no system is completely secure. Please do not send Social Security numbers, payment card numbers, or health information by text or to our voice assistant.

12. Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
