For Landlords
Run your rentals without living by your phone.
Many landlords manage their own properties alongside a full-time job. Tenants call with repairs, applicants call about listings, and you can't answer in a meeting or on a shift. Sales Lead Loop gives your rental business its own number that texts back missed calls and, with the Voice Loop, answers 24/7 and sends you each caller's details and a short summary.
Why landlords miss calls
You're at work, with family, or at another property when the phone rings, and rental calls arrive at inconvenient times: a leak on a Sunday, an applicant calling during lunch. Handing out your personal cell means every rental call lands on the same phone as the rest of your life.
How it works for landlords
1. A missed call gets a text
The caller receives an instant text from your business number. Example message:
2. Or the voice assistant answers
With the Voice Loop, we set it up to ask the questions that matter for a rental property, such as:
- Which property or unit are you calling about?
- Are you a current tenant or interested in renting?
- For repairs: what is the problem, and is it urgent?
- For rentals: when would you like to move in?
- What is the best number to reach you?
3. You get the summary
The caller's name, number and a short summary reach you by text and email. Example:
Examples are illustrative. Your messages and questions are written for your business.
Simple, month-to-month pricing
Plans start at $49 a month with no long-term contracts, and we handle the setup for you. Compare the Text Loop, Voice Loop and Complete Loop on the pricing page.
Questions from landlords
Why use a separate business number for my rentals?
It keeps tenant and applicant calls off your personal cell, and the two-way texting app lets you reply from the rental business number instead of your own.
Is this too much for a few units?
It depends on how often calls interrupt you. Plans start at $49 a month: the Text Loop covers missed calls with an instant text, and the Voice Loop adds 24/7 answering if after-hours repairs are the problem. Both are month-to-month.
Can it screen tenants or applicants?
No, and we do not recommend it. It collects contact details and the basic questions you choose, such as which unit and when they want to move in. Decisions about applicants stay with you, and you should review Fair Housing rules when choosing questions.
