Here is how to use your new Sales System.

Your sales process is now a simple board. You don't need to worry about complex data entry. Just drag cards from left to right. Here is what happens at every step.

Step 1

New Lead Arrives

What YOU See:

A new card appears in the "INBOX" list. It has their name, email, and phone number.

What the SYSTEM Does:

We automatically send them the "Welcome Email." You don't need to do anything yet.

Step 2

You Talk to Them

What YOU Do:

If you call them or they reply to an email, drag their card to the "TALKING" list.

What the SYSTEM Does:

We stop the automated email blasts so you can have a personal conversation.

Step 3

You Make the Sale

What YOU Do:

Drag the card to "SOLD". Enter the price in the "Deal Value" box.

What the SYSTEM Does:

We log the sale in your Finance Spreadsheet, calculate your commission, and set a hidden timer for next year's renewal.
